You will need a phillips screwdriver,
an electric drill, and 7/64" drill bit. Check refrigerator for most
convenient level for handle. Have pencil handy for marking. For
a list of all parts, see parts diagram.

Hold latch against refrigerator wall at desired level.
Hold handle on outside edge of door where they come together
and lock by sliding latch out to engage handle assembly.
Note if spacer is needed for alignment.

Remove handle and mark wall with pencil through slots
in latch.

Drill 3/4" deep holes in center of marks. If needed,
place spacer behind latch and mount latch with two screws,
leaving loose enough to adjust (slots allow adjustment)

Place handle over latch and align. They should completely
engage. Tighten latch.

Mark handle position leaving small gap in lock on wall
side. Drill 3/4" holes in center of marks and mount
with screws. Adjust for gap and tighten.
