The W1000 fits Suburban water heater doors with 4" louver vents:

It will be necessary to drill two 1/8" holes in the center louver
to install the W-1000 screen. NOTE: use 1/8" shim between the louver
slot to avoid crushing while drilling the holes.
After drilling attachment holes install screen per instructions below.

Hold screen over water heater louver vent. Hook round end of spring to back
of screen over anchor point.

Holding circle end of installation pin, push pin through screen and center
of spring, place notch on center bar of lower spring coil, push hook toward
anchor point.

Push spring hook past anchor point, turn, and release
slowly to hook spring in back
Keep installation pin for future use
